Sing in the Hallelujah Chorus

This is your chance for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sing with the Sheboygan Symphony Chorus during the Hallelujah Chorus of the Messiah. Go where few get to go! A guided tour for 12 before your Messiah performance will allow you and your friends to see the inner-workings of The Sheboygan Symphony Orchestra. Following the production, celebrate with your guests with a fine selection of wine, cheese and crackers in a private reception in the Weill Center.

There will be no applause or special recognition of the singer during the performance. The singer will be noted in the SSO program.

Performance is December 12, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.

You and your guest will begin your trip in Cape Town, South Africa, for a five-day stay at the five-star Victorian Alfred Waterfront Table Bay Hotel. "Move" by Allen Jones

"Move" was created in 2007 by artist Allen Jones. Jones was a leader in Britain's Pop Art movement during the 1960s and today is recognized as one of England's most honored living artists. "Move" features bright yellows and oranges among other warm colors and depicts a modern image of a couple dancing. The size of the print measures 32" x 25.5."

Special Assistance Grants Fund

Special assistance grants fund auction item

The Special Assistance Grants Fund has been created for Lakeland's 2009-2010 academic year. 100% of your donation will directly support students and families affected by the nation's economic crisis. The College will award these grants to enable students to continue pursuing their degree regardless of financial constraints. The Doug & Carla Salmon Foundation has generously offered to match up to $10,000 raised for the Special Assistance Grants Fund. Don't miss out on this opportunity to double your contribution and truly make a difference in the lives of deserving students. This item will be offered only as a reverse auction style. Bidding will begin at $5,000, anyone willing to participate at that level should raise their bidder paddles until their number is announced by the auctioneer. Everyone is encouraged to participate at a level of giving at which you feel comfortable.


LIVE AUCTION POLICIES

  1. To bid, the participant holds up his/her bidder number until being acknowledged by the auctioneer.
  2. Auction "spotters" will deliver an acknowledgement slip to each successful bidder. This form must be signed by the winner and returned to the spotter.
  3. All payments must be made in full at the cashier's station by cash, check, credit card or by using advanced checkout.
  4. Please remember there are no exchanges or refunds.
